Sit comfortably with
your spine reasonably erect
Relax yur limbs, mouth eyes
. Focus on breathing slowly .
Be still . . . still . . . still .

If you are totally relaxed

you will abate mental

remember ~ the world is constantly changing ~ nothing is permanent ~
~ attachment is a primary source of unhappiness ~ let go of fixations on pain

~ eliminate animal foods from ur diet ~ fast on a daily
blend of fresh citric fruit juices ~
vegie leaves ~ carrots ~ broccoli heads ~  2-4 garlic cloves ~ 2 tbsps.apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup steamed shelled soybeans w/ bell peppers 
provides protein, vits, minerals
~ briskly walk at least a half mile every morning at daybreak ~ before smog sets in
