Andy, Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb were rock stars of the 60s, 70s and 80s. The world became mesmerized with their voices, coupled with their unique style and their youthful, masculine image.

Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb, known as the Bee Gees, songwriters and performers, were featured together on scores of number one rock, country hits, produced during the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. The quality of Robin's vocal vibratto, best exemplified in his hit song
I Started a Joke is distinctive and unsurpassed by any other musician.

Andy Gibb, the youngest of the Gibb brothers came into his own as a disco solo performer with great hits such as Man On Fire, Thicker Than Water, Shadow Dancing and Me Without You. His untimely death in 1988 at the age of 30, following an addiction to alcohol and drugs, both saddened his audience and woke up the world to the serious problem of alcohol/drug use. Although Maurice Gibb passed away more recently, his contributions as a musician remain immortal.

Natives of England, the Gibb brothers  began their career in Australia. Their parents, Hugh and Barbara Gibb, were musicians and performers and no doubt were a primary positive influence in the musical carrers of their sons. The family has remained forever bonded with one another, and has also remained bonded in the memories of their fans, worldwide.

Andy Gibb:The Story Behind the Music

Andy Gibb was handsome, talented, successful and famous around the world as a top selling pop star, but on March 10th, 1988 fans would receive the shocking news that the shining and charming life of Andy Gibb was over. His family and those who knew him best believe it was
a kind of slow suicide, a deadly combination of low self-esteem,
alcohol and drug addiction and "too much, too fast, too young."
