Clara Olive and Shep entertain Women of Empire District Electric Power Co.

Clara Olive, a 1926 graduate of National Park Seminary, is a former employee
of Empire. Prior to her marriage to Shep, she produced and directed
musical variety shows for civic organizations throughout the USA.
Her father, John Abbott Snyder, founded the Snyder Bus Company.
Charles Shepherd, a native of England and an alumnus of New York University,
is treasurer and a member of the board of directors of Empire District Electric Company. He is a former vice president of Ohio River Power Company.
John and Tom Shepherd are Clara Olive's sons by a previous marriage.
