"My psychological decompensation began while serving in Joplin High School ROTC during the 14th year of my life. I was mercilessly terrorized by a senior cadet, Don Ray Smith, merely for explaining to the inspecting officer that the reason I was out of uniform during a weekly inspection was that Don Smith had demanded I hand over to him my uniform cap only minutes prior to a weekly inspection.

Several days later, Don Smith, who was also a varsity athlete, retaliated against me by terrorizing me while I was in ranks during a November 1953 Veterans Day parade. While dancing around in front of me and holding his fists in a fight position, Smith repeatedly screamed vulgar references to my mom. He then repeatedly called me "yellow" merely for refusing to swing back at him. Smith also promised to inflict bodily harm on me at a later date. The assault was witnessed by every member of my own platoon, as well as member of adjacent platoons and officers and ROTC faculty members.

Don Smith afterwards persuaded other students to mock and harass me -- to humiliate me -- during school hours and after school.

I was resultantly verbally humiliated and assaulted and battered by other
classmates, most of whom had been my neighbors and best friends from early childhood, to include Buck Jeans and Bob Thornhill.

I was pushed backwards off a 4' high retainer wall surrounding the Jeans family home at 629 Islington Place onto the concerte sidewalk below by Thornhill.

I was entrapped in a pit by the same two assailants. When I attempted to hoist myself out with my hands, my assailants, Jeans and Thornhill, spit down on me and stepped on my fingers,

They later came to my home, accompanied by a third assailant, Jimmy Dailey. When I opened the front door, at my mom's insistence, I was grabbed around the shoulders by Thornhill, who simultaneously pulled me outside, then battered in the face and threw me to the snow-covereed ground. A stay plate supporting two adult incisor teeth was broken in the process. Neither my assailants nor their parents ever offered an apology or restitution of any kind, although the parents of Jeans and Thornhill sent them away to a military academy the following year..

The aberrant psychological conditioning resulted in my being repeatedly hospitalized for psychiatric observation and diagnosed with a resultant stress reaction, for which I was re-examined and treated for the remainder of my adult years. I was betrayed by my childhood friends, by the military establishment and by my country.

Although three of my assailants were later arrested by Joplin police for stealilng
hubcaps from other neighbors, none ever expressed remorse or offered any
form of restitution, nor did their parents, Virginia Jeans and Dr. Virgil E. Jeans (a surgeon), and Thelma  McIntosh Thornhill and Cecil Thornhill (funeral directors).

Assailant Buck Jeans has spent the past fifty years teaching fifth grade elementary school in Ventura, Califoria. Assailant Bob Thornhill has spent the past fifty years as a commerical airline pilot. Both are retired.

~ psychiatry is a fraud ~

Think twice before seeking counseling from a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist ~ psychiatrists are trained to discredit and exploit you, not to help you ~ psychiatric drugs do not improve brain functioning ~ they destroy the brain ~ violent people are weak people ~ only the calm and gentle are truly strong ~ an aggressive athletic coach, a drill instructor or a Roman Catholic priest is much more likely to molest your son than is an artist, a writer or a musician ~ psychopaths make the best career military officers, as they have no conscience ~ they can usually even fool a lie detector test. learn more
                                 The CIA and the FBI

The CIA was authorized to train Muslims in terrorist (bombing) tactics during the Carter administration in order to weaken Russian influend in Afghanistan. Bin Ladin joined the movement, then later formed La Queda in order to weaken UN and American influence in Afghanistan.

An FBI agent arranged the murder of Tulsa businessman Roger Wheeler. The CIA, in an experimental study on psychological conditioning, conditioned unabomber Ted Kaczanski to kill  while he was a Harvard Student.

The CIA drugged Harvard students & psychiatric patients with LSD during the 1950s in an experiment to study the effects of LSD. Many of those drugged in the CIA experiment afterwards committed murder and/or suicide. Ted Kaszinski, the Unibomber, reportedly participated in the experiments.

Did the CIA also have a hand the Murrah federal building bombing at Oklahoma City? Timothy McVeigh's truck bomb could not possibly have leveled the Murrah federal building, say certain experts on demolition.

                                        Biography

Hon.Thomas M. (Blaise) Shepherd is the founder of the Tom Blaise Shepherd Existential Society of America. He publishes the Shepherd Journal of Psychiatry and The Veteran Affairs Journal. While serving in Joplin High School ROTC, he was a victim of threats and of premeditated battery by ROTC Cadets Don Smith, Bob Thornhill and others. Cadet Shepherd was also a victim of frotteurism (a form of sexual assault) in a JHS ROTC classroom by Larry Gindling, an ROTC classmate. At the time, Mr. Shepherd served as an altar boy and president of the Young Peoples Service League of St. Philip's Episcopal Church. He also served as citizenship chairman and president of the UCYM Council, an interdenominational, inter-racial protestant youth service organization under the auspices of the Joplin Council of Churches.

While serving in the Marine Corps Reserve (at Joplin, Missouri), under the direction of Major Pottinger and Major Lang Rogers (Joplin Globe managing editor), he and other members of his platoon were instructed by their  platoon leader (Corporal Harmon, a college student) on methods for mugging American civilians for extra cash by engaging in male prostitution outside of the Marine Corps Training Base, Camp Pendleton (California) area. Disappointed and disgusted by Marine Corps leadership, Mr. Shepherd enlisted for active duty with the Coast Guard.

While serving in the Coast Guard, he and his boot camp classmates were  advised by a Coast Guard instructor, who was also a chaplain, to engage in rectal sex, rather than in vaginal coitus. The instructor stressed that the rectum was the "cleanest organ in the human body." [The fact, which he did not reveal, is that unprotected rectal sex is one of the most dangerous forms of intercourse, which can result in rectal hemmoraging, as well as the spread of syphilis, gonnorhea, hepatitis and other viruses. Advocacy of rectal intercourse was also a method of encouraging sexual assault of teenage Coastguardsmen confined to CG vessels at sea for lengthy periods of time].

He was later a victim of sexual harassment by his shipmates and of an assault and battery by a  mentally deranged, drunk shipmate (about 50 pounds heavier than he) who had been served beer aboard ship at a beer party hosted by the commander of the Coast Guard Cutter Planetree (Lt. Commander Bush) while the cutter was anchored offshore in the South Pacific. He was also a victim of sexual frotteurism and demoralizing verbal harassment by his CG officer-supervisors and other shipmates and by civilians, while serving aboard the Cutter Triton. As a result of his reaction, he was hospitalized several times, as a result of a head injury and for psychiatric observation. then honorably discharged in 1960 for a documented
nervous disability, yet denied compensation, which retroactively currently amounts to approximately $1 million. He was later stalked, threatened and intimidated by the Secret Service, merely for complaining to his cousins Sen. Barry Goldwater and Rep. Barry Goldwater Jr. about the way he was treated while serving his country, how he was betrayed by his country. View psychiatric evaluations here.

Hon. John Shepherd (a/k/a PFC. Dudley E. Blaise Jr.), Tom's brother, is a U.S. Army Veteran. While attending Joplin High School in Missouri he was commissioned a captain in the ROTC. He majored in Spanish at Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, where he was employed as a lifeguard and radio newscaster. He earned a B.S. degree in business administration from University of Oklahoma. While serving in the Army at Fort Bliss, Texas, where he was employed as an interpreter to the Adjutant General, he complained of a gradual loss of hearing. Because Army physicians could not determine a cause, his female supervisor  wrongly accused him of malingering and was arranging to have him shipped to Korea
as punishment, when a Missouri Congressman interceded and arranged an Honorable Hardship Discharge for Mr. Shepherd. Following his discharge he became increasingly deaf and his balance nerve was also affected. View hospital records/history and death summary for Mr. Shepherd (a/ka Dudley E. Blaise Jr.) dated 2002, here.

Two years following his discharge, the Mayo Clinic removed only part of a brain tumor, the supposed cause of his hearing loss. However, during surgery, he suffered a stroke and suffered from disorientation and seizures for years. Although  the Veterans Administration enabled him to return to college via the GI bill for two years, the VA  failed to award him a disability compensation to support himself when he found himself unable to afterwards sustain employment. He resultantly lived a homeless existence and died in 2002 at Cox Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, where he had been seen as an outpatient for many years. He was betrayed by his country.

The brothers and their mother  were abandoned by their father,
D.E. Blaise Sr., shortly after Tom's birth in 1938. While they were infants (during World War II), their mother, Hon. Clara Olive Snyder Blaise, a graduate of National Park Seminary, Forest Glen, Md., served her country at an Army base in Missouri and produced musical reviews throughout America to raise money for the American Legion and other civic organizations.

Following a 1949 divorce on  grounds of desertion, she married
Charles Shepherd, tax consultant and electric power corporation executive, who died of an apparent suicide in 1955. Later disabled by crippling arthritis and negligent surgery, she was forced to sell her home to satisfy a creditor, Charlene Martini, a former neighbor, whose architect husband designed the Missouri Highway Patrol Department building and whose son, Bob Martini, a graduate of Western Military Academy, had years before robbed her son Tom of athletic exercise equipment. Charlene Martini had purchased a $5,000 mortgage on the Shepherd home. For more biography and pictures of Hon. Clara Olive Shepherd, click here.

Atlhough Mrs. Shepherd was able to pay the monthly interest, she was unable to come up with the principal in full in order to satisfy Mrs. Martini's demands. Mrs. Shepherd's cousin, Peggy Goldwater, claimed she was unable to help out Clara Olive  because she was having to support her husband Senator Goldwater, following his defeat in his race for the Presidency, and that
she had no money left from her inherited trust fund allowance. The Hon. Clara Olive Shepherd died in 1976, several months after undergoing knee replacement surgery, which resulted in pralysis of her lower limbs as a result of neglegence in the manner in which the anesthesia was administered to her during surgery at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. At the time of her death she was volunteer executive secretary and a member of the board of directors of the Jasper County Missouri Heart Association.

The Shepherd brothers are great great grandsons of Gen. Ignace Hainer, Hungarian-American statesman, lawyer, journalist and University of Missouri professor; and of Hon. Charles Merriman, Ashtabula, Ohio. They are grandsons of Eugene Frank Blaise, Tulsa banker and oil man, who left an estate of over $550,000 in 1958, and of  Marie Blaise, who left an estate of $1.8 million in 1976, all of which was left to the Christian Science Church and the Theosophical Society (of India) in America, except for $1,500 left to each grandson in an "educational trust" as stipulated in their grandfather's will, of which Marie was trustee.

They are third cousins of former U.S. Congressman & Cocaine Addict Barry Goldwater Jr.
