Lummis House - El Alisal
Lummis House, also known as El Alisal
(Spanish for the Sycamore tree that grew outside), is a fanciful rock house built by
Charles Fletcher Lummis in the late
19th Century in the Highland Park area
of northeast Los Angeles, California.

The house is open for tours Friday, Saturday
and Sunday afternoons.

Location: 200 E. Ave. 43rd

It is operated by the Historical Society of Southern California.
